Thank you so much ‘For Your Consideration’! A lifetime of beautiful musical-friendship led to the birth of this culmination we called “Many Rivers”.

I have been a member of the Recording Academy for 12 years and just received my 10-year certificate in the mail. I have submitted works in previous years, but never have I felt this sure that a work would represent and embody a category, with the utmost integrity and heart, more than the ‘Many Rivers’ album as Best Jazz Vocal Album. The caliber of musicianship, community, creativity, nod to tradition with originality to press forward in this music lives in every track. Your consideration and support would mean the world!
